When seeking applications for indoor and outdoor furniture, our Customers turn to PP Moplen<\/em>grades due to their excellent mechanical properties and high productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On the other hand, Clyrell<\/em> and Adstif<\/em> grades provide better aesthetic properties and functionality, comparable to traditional materials used in the production of high quality furniture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The range of PP, HDPE and APO grades offered by BOPS provide high resistance to stretching and large extension before breaking. This is combined with excellent dimensional stability and a very low tendency to fibrillate. These are the key parameters sought by processors for the production of filaments and strings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Typical applications include filaments for fixing goods on pallets, and filaments for the production of woven fabrics for bags, geofleece and carpet bottoms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Non-woven fabrics are widely used because they combine all the advantages of natural materials and the capabilities of modern textile chemistry. Spunbond polypropylene fabrics with diverse technical parameters are used in the following market segments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n For many years BOPS has been the supplier to leading Polish producers of non-woven fabrics. Moplen<\/em> HP561R, produced in P\u0142ock, is used for the production of non-woven yarns and fabrics by extrusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n By using the highly efficient Ziegler\u2013Natta catalyst, which is characterized by high stereo specificity, the HP561R grade has a narrower molecular weight distribution compared to other PP grades produced with traditional Ziegler\u2013Natta catalysts. In addition, HP561R has a higher degree of crystallinity and lower content of oligomeric compounds. Moplen<\/em> HP561R contains a special package of stabilizing agents which protect the polymer \u2013 at the stage of processing \u2013 from adverse side effects or reactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Thanks to those enhancements, the production process of yarns and fabrics from Moplen<\/em> HP561R is stable and takes place at an adequate pace without unnecessary interruptions to production. To that effect, Moplen<\/em> HP561R is considered a model grade in the textile segment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Polypropylene fabrics are increasingly popular in the textile industry, and they are more and more frequently used in the production of carpets, rugs, bags, etc. As an inexpensive fabric with very good utility parameters, PP is also frequently used in the production of rope. Fabrics made from PE are not yet as popular as fabrics made from PP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n PE is used for the production of fabrics mostly in monofilament form. Fabrics made from HDPE have much better mechanical properties \u2013 they are more durable, more resistant to friction (in certain cases exceeding polyamide fabrics), and more resistant to temperature and chemical agents. Thanks to those advantages, the PE products are gradually conquering the rope market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Another interesting application of polypropylene fabrics is the construction segment, where they are used as additives to concrete and mortar. Adding polypropylene fabrics to concrete mix reduces cracking due to plastic shrinkage, removes the need to use steel reinforcing mesh, reduces permeability and bleeding of water, reduces concrete penetration by chemicals, and reduces the corrosion of concrete and reinforcement steel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For many years BOPS has been the supplier of the leading Polish producers of polyester and polypropylene fabrics. Our portfolio includes, among others, the following grades: Hostalen <\/em>ACP 7740 F2, Moplen<\/em> HP 552L, Moplen<\/em> HP 552N and Moplen<\/em> HP 561R.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Our Customers choose PP Moplen<\/em> grades for the production of household goods. Homopolymers, random copolymers and block copolymers meet the processors’ requirements for the highest aesthetic qualities and exceptional utility functionalities in the following applications: tote boxes, utility household goods and interior finishing items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n High fluidity copolymers are used to produce thin-walled containers and utility goods, which are characterized by increased melt flow rate, complex cross-sections and are free from internal stresses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Clyrell<\/em> grades provide a good combination of high transparency and impact resistance in low temperatures, and they can also provide great aesthetic qualities. The processors select the Adflex<\/em>grade to produce household goods which must be flexible and maintain good stability in different temperatures, including heating in a microwave or washing in a dishwasher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Processors operating in the consumer segment choose various PP and PE grades, as well as special grades offered by BOPS for the production of high-quality sports and recreation items and toys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The PP Moplen<\/em> grades have high aesthetic qualities, are capable of setting market trends, and are characterized by good cost-to-efficiency ratios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The HDPE Hostalen<\/em> grades are used for the production of large toys by extrusion blow moulding, whose surfaces must be of a very good quality. As far as recreational goods and toys are concerned, the Clyrell<\/em> grades are used for the production of shiny or metallic surfaces with high resistance to fractures and stress whitening.
