(BOP) as of the 1<sup>st<\/sup> December 2024. She was appointed to this position by ORLEN S.A. On behalf of BOP, she was also nominated as Member of the Management Board of Basell Orlen Polyolefins Sprzeda\u017c Sp. z o.o. (BOPS).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Barbara Sissons has almost thirty years of experience in senior management positions in finance and administration. In her professional career, she has been associated with both international corporations and Polish companies, including those listed on stock exchanges &#8211; both the Polish Stock Exchange and international ones, where she managed strategic financial functions supporting their business development.
