INFORMATION CLAUSE

As regards providing Basell Orlen Polyolefins Sp. z o.o. and/or Basell Orlen Polyolefins Sprzedaż Sp. z o.o. with any information containing your personal data, pursuant to Article 24 Section 1 of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws [Dz.U.] of 2016, item 922, as amended), please be informed that:

1. The controller of the personal data provided in the e-mail is Basell Orlen Polyolefins Sp. z o.o. and/or Basell Orlen Polyolefins Sprzedaż Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Płock, ul. Łukasiewicza 39.
2. The supervision over the compliance by Basell Orlen Polyolefins Sp. z o.o. and/or Basell Orlen Polyolefins Sprzedaż Sp. z o.o. with the principles of personal data protection is exercised by the Personal Data Protection Officer, who may be contacted by e-mail at IOD@basellorlen.pl.
