Radosław Majczak will hold the position of the Member of the Management Board – Production Director in Basell Orlen Polyolefins Sp. z o.o. (BOP). He has been appointed by PKN ORLEN SA and he will replace Piotr Żehaluk as of 16 December 2017.
Radosław Majczak has over 20 year experience in the area of polyolefin production. Mr. Majczak started his career in PKN Orlen SA as an operator and was eventually promoted to manager of Polypropylene Department. Mr. Majczak transferred to BOP when the company was established in 2003. He participated in the construction and start-up of two world scale production installations for Hostalen high density polyethylene and Spheripol polypropylene. For the last few years he has been Polymers Production Director in BOP. Radosław Majczak graduated from Łodź University of Technology, where he studied Process Engineering and Environment Protection, he also finished post-graduate studies in the area of Organization and Management as well as Safety of Industrial Processes. He has an MBA degree from Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw, Poland.
The remaining members of the Management Board of BOP remain unchanged and is as follows: Joseph Tanner – President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer; Jaap Rabou – Member of the Management Board and Sales Director and Tomasz Szymański – Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer.
