Flexible packaging sector is one of the most dynamically developing sectors in Poland offering plastic products of high quality and innovation. A flexible package can meet several different requirements at one time such as effective protection of the product and protection against external factors. It allows for easy identification and promotion of the product by attracting the attention of consumers. In addition, a flexible packaging make it possible to reduce the manufacturing costs of finished products, and due to its characteristics often substitutes packages made of alternative materials such as: metal cans, glass bottles, glass jars or cardboard boxes. The average annual global growth of polypropylene flexible packaging in the years 2013-18 is estimated at about 5 percent.
